Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions – General

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill – From Chilled

Cook thoroughly on a preheated medium grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Shallow Fry – From Chilled

Cook thoroughly cooked in a little oil over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Preparation and Usage

Directions for Use
Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.
Slice into 10 even pieces.

Delicious with your traditional Irish breakfast, brunch or as a tasty starter.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by Use by date. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
