Cooking Guidelines

Grill – From Chilled

15-18 minutes. Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat. Cook sausage for time stated above turning occasionally until golden brown.

Shallow Fry – From Chilled

15-18 minutes. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook in a medium heat. Cook sausages for time stated above turning occasionally until golden brown. Ensure Sausages are thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by Use by Date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight before use. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
