Cooking Instructions – General

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill – From Chilled

Cook thoroughly on a preheated medium grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Shallow Fry – From Chilled

Cook thoroughly in a little oil over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Directions for Use
Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. Slice into 10 even pieces.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5ºC at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days and by Use by date.
Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
